08a - hydraulic leak test - small productionThe plant consists of a column with horizontal cylinder structure.

The pipe is positioned with the aid of the bridge crane in axis with the horizontal cylinder, then the cylinder of rolled to the pipe and closes the 2 ends.

At this point, an external hydraulic pump inside the treated water pipe (water treatment consists of diluting the products that protect the pipe material) until it is full, and to reach it internal pressure to the required limit.

The working cycle is recorded and printed for each pipe as evidence of the correct quality.

The cycle time depends very much on the pipe size plus the diameter and pipe length are great the longer the time to enter the volume of water sufficient for the test.

The hypothetical times (for charging / discharging and performing hydraulic test) on 2 pipes 12 mt. length may be about 60 minutes to the pipe diameter 220 mm., 120 minutes to the pipe diameter 1220 mm.

08b - hydtaulic leak test - large production The plant consists of a tub which is filled with treated water (the water treatment consists of diluting the products that protect the material of the tubes) within which the pipe is immersed (by means of special automatic media) and fills.

When the pipe is completely full of water a horizontal hydraulic cylinder pushes the pipe so as to plug the 2 sides, subsequently is increased the internal pressure of the pipe to the required limit.

The working cycle is recorded and printed for each pipe as evidence of the correct quality.

The average of the hypothetical cycle time is about 15 minutes.
