CHAMFERING LATERAL SHEET METAL
The sheet metal cut to size (length equal to the final length of the pipe and a width equal to the development of the required diameter of the pipe) must be provided with chamfers on the sides as legislation, so that when it is bent for the construction of the pipe, creating the correct space for final welding. According to the production, this system can be performed with processing for "planer" or by machining with milling machine. FIRST BENDING FOLD SHEET METAL OR PIPE INVITATION

SHEET METAL BENDING

WELDING

CALIBRATING
The calibration process is used to make pipes with circularity tolerances correct with international standards. FACING SIDES PIPE

HYDRAULIC LEAK TEST
After finishing the working pipe, according to technical standards and requirements of the end customer, a hydraulic weld tightness test is performed. For the execution of hydraulic test Aem3 s.r.l. has designed and constructed two different systems, a plant for large productions (when tests are required on 100% of production) and a plant for small / medium production if the tests are performed only random. The hydraulic test is performed by entering into the pipe a quantity of water treated and apply an internal pressure of up to 1300/1500 Bar and make sure the seal weld.
